This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Gazingle ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Gazingle Royalties / Commission application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, or by connecting the Service to a third-party platform such as Intuit QuickBooks, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes of managing commission and royalty reporting.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. When you authorize a connection, you grant the Service permission to access and process the data necessary to provide the requested functionality. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
